Ashley graduated from Elon University in 2007 with a dual degree in Special and Elementary Education. She worked in the public school system for three years as a lead teacher in inclusive 1st and 4th grade classes. In 2010, Ashley became a behavior technician. She graduated from Winthrop University earning her Masters of Education with a concentration in early childhood education in 2011. Ashley went on to finish her education earning a graduate certificate in Behavior Analysis from Penn State in 2012. Ashley became a BCBA in February 2012. She worked as a consultant and clinic supervisor for an ABA clinic until 2016. In February of 2016, she and Tracy opened Complete ABA. Ashley's professional passions are infant/toddler and child development, functional language development, preschool readiness, and classroom integration. She enjoys partnering with families and schools to incorporate ABA principles throughout clients' days. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, reading, and staying active.
Tracy started working with children and adults with autism as a teenager. In college, she became a behavior technician and continued to work in the field throughout undergraduate and graduate school. Tracy graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Tracy received her Masters of Education in special education with an emphasis in severe and multiple disabilities from the University of South Carolina in 2011. In 2012, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Tracy went on to teach a self-contained middle school class in South Carolina. She then moved back to her hometown of Charlotte to practice in home-therapy and currently loves working with a variety of ages. Tracy’s expertise in adolescences and adults gives her great insight into developing functional programs for children of all ages. Tracy opened Complete ABA with Ashley in 2016. In her free time, she likes spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs.
Ashlee graduated from Cal Poly Pomona University in 2009 with her Bachelors in Liberal Studies. She went onto get her Moderate to Severe Education Specialist Teaching Credential in 2011. She taught in a self-contained Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten classroom for kids with autism. After 7 years, she moved out of the classroom to support elementary students and teachers within the district as a Behavioral Specialist. Ashlee received her Masters in Special Education in 2015 from Cal Poly Pomona, and went on to obtain her graduate certificate from Florida Institute of Technology in Behavior Analysis in 2021. Ashlee became a BCBA in 2021. In her free time, she balances her time with her husband and two daughters, working with young adults with disabilities at Rainbow Express Ministries in Matthews, and directing a week-long day camp for kids with and without disabilities in in her previous home of Southern California.
Grace graduated from Providence College in 2008 with a degree in Elementary/Special Education. After working as an Elementary School Autism Resource Teacher for 4 years, Grace received her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Autism Studies from The University of Massachusetts. After falling in love with the science of behavior in grad school, Grace pursued ABA full-time. She worked as a behavior tech and earned her BCBA certification in 2014. Grace has served as an RBT Supervisor, Charlotte Clinic Supervisor, BCBA Mentor, and Classroom Readiness Program Lead. After 10 years with her previous ABA clinic, Grace made the difficult decision to leave her position in order to spend time with her young family. In 2022, she returned to the field part-time and joined Complete ABA. Professionally, Grace is passionate about teaching communication skills to early learners as well as teaching classroom readiness skills to prepare learners to enter the classroom. In her free time, Grace enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her husband, three sons and dog.
Sarah attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. Sarah gained experience and a passion for the field while completing a directed individual study in a pediatric feeding clinic that provided behavior analytic services at UNCW. Sarah graduated in 2017 and began working as a registered behavior technician at Complete ABA in 2018. After three years of experience as an RBT, Sarah went on to continue her education at Arizona State University and earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in the Spring of 2023. Sarah became a BCBA in the Summer of 2023. She is passionate about increasing independence and functional skills in the preschool setting, and teaching adaptive living skills in the home setting. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, and traveling (especially to the beach).
Our Registered Behavior Technicians, RBTs, are all registered and trained technicians. They complete a 40 hour training course, pass an exam, and complete additional training hours with our company. Our RBTs come from a variety of backgrounds from psychology to human resources, all with a passion for helping individuals with autism.
