Our Mission

At Complete ABA, we strive to bring an emphasis on quality of life to every part of  your child's ABA program.  We do this by focusing on all domains of life.  Our experience as behavior analysts aid in our focus to include programs that are meaningful and functional.  Every program is individualized to meet your child's needs, whether learning to communicate, going to school, carrying on conversation, performing self-help skills, or acquiring skills to be successful in a community setting.   We are thrilled to help you meet your child's individual needs! 

We are different.  We do not have an hours requirement to have services.  We will work with your family's needs and schedule to create an individualized program that works for all shareholders while relying on the science and evidence to direct our decisions.  Our analysts use a variety of assessments and curricula to design programs that fit the unique needs of each child. We utilize a combination of the VBMAPP, ABAS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, Socially Savvy, Jasper, and ESDM to create programs that address the unique needs of each client. Our analysts use the science of ABA to write client specific goals that will increase their quality of life and learning outcomes. 

Our programs include goals from all domains of life and learning.  We select goals that are both developmentally and age appropriate.  Our goals cover targets from communication, leisure skills, daily living, social, and vocational.  We focus on increase these skills while decreasing problem or interfering behaviors. By addressing goals across domains, learners develop a well rounded and applicable skill set with lifelong benefits. 

We are a small company.  We opened in 2016 with the belief that there was a need for a small home-based company.  We provide in-home, in-school, and in-community services.  Doing this allows our families to be very involved in their child's programs.   Because of this, we find that our client's goals are well generalized to other settings.  Working closely with families is a priority to us.  Tracy and Ashley are the owners, but also work directly with clients on a daily basis. We handle all administrative and clinical operations. Our hands are on every piece of this business and we pride ourselves in building relationships with every family.
